Great little property with a great big view!

This was a perfect property for our weekend in Grand Lake. The cottage was adorable and very clean. We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the appliances worked well. The host was easy to get in touch with and the check out process was quick and easy. We would stay here again!

Cabin is nice, cozy, and has many good amenities. Its proximity to Grand lake is amazing and overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. However. I would like to mention a couple things: The gas grill outside was not cleaned, so I had to cleaned it. It would be nice to upgrade the beds. The beds squeaked with minimal movement. The cabin is right by the main road and the walls are thin enough to hear the cars driving by. I could also hear my friends talking in the other room.
