Pros -It was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated ( Although we didn’t have a grill and It appeared other cabins had grills. A grill and a toaster would be great additions!) The fireplace was lovely and the extra throw blankets were great! The host was extremely responsive. The location is close to town. The only possible downside was that we didn’t realize how close to the highway the cabins were located. While the noise wasn’t a problem inside the cabin, we also had all the windows closed as it was cool when we were there. I am not sure if it would make a difference when the windows are all open at night We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Wild Acres on our next visit!

This location was easy to access and is a perfect springboard to Grand Lake, Granby, and RMNP.

I guess the worst is first. The cabin is adorable and walking in is fine! (Keep reading it gets better!) Vrbo says an amenity is laundry. There is not one on site. I wondered how there could be with the square footage. No big deal because we spent our first 2 nights there and didn't have many dirty clothes. When we booked, heated floors were offered (we did not need heated floors and it is no longer an amenity on vrbo or the wild acre cabin website) The heating is a little hard to get the hang of. The fridge is a mini mini. It's an adorable replical! So i like to end on the good. We did not hear word of noise. But if we had, the hosts provide ear plugs. If you just want to crash clean, you have all you need to take a shower and go to a nice firm bed with plenty of covers. Breakfaast is less than a mile away! RMNP is right around the corner! For us, we spent 2 night and were perfectly happy. I recommend contacting wild acres cabins directly to understand the amenities and the cabin.

We loved staying at this little cabin! It is clean, attractive, and had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. The park and lakes are all just around the corner! We would definitely stay here again. One caveat is that the property does face a busy main road, so it's not as quiet on the porch as you might imagine from the pictures, but it is set well back from the road.
